Who We Are
The Maa Gender Equality Agency (MGEA) is a community-based organization committed to promoting gender equality, social justice, and environmental sustainability within Maasai communities in Narok County.
MGEA was established in response to persistent gender inequalities, limited economic opportunities for women, and environmental challenges affecting local communities.
Through community engagement, advocacy, training programs, and digital innovation, the organization works to empower individuals and communities to become active participants in shaping a just and sustainable future.
