The Maa Gender Equality Agency (MGEA) works to promote gender justice, environmental sustainability and inclusive community development across Maasai communities in Narok County.
Established to address persistent gender inequality and limited economic opportunities for marginalized groups, MGEA focuses on empowering women and youth through advocacy, technology, training and social entrepreneurship.
